Animal Specialty Group was called upon by Shorty’s crew to help a pit bull in desperate need of surgery. Our top-notch surgery team, led by our very own Dr. Kirk Wendelburg, spent hours working on Patti’s damaged leg, doing everything in their power to avoid having to amputate… For the full episode, or to catch the terrific series, tune into Animal Planet.
PIT BOSS UPDATE: For those who watched the episode and are curious about what became of Patti – the loving pit bull ASG operated on – we thought you’d like to know she’s fully recovered after months of rehabilitation therapy with our very own Dr. Bak, doing incredibly well, and was adopted by our very own Paloma, here at ASG. Which means, Patti is now a permanent resident around here.
