Animal Specialty Group's Neurology Service offers a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for your patients, including neurosurgery, advanced imaging, electrodiagnostic evaluation, and in-house CSF analysis. Our board-certified Neurologist, Dr. Stacey Sullivan, welcomes your referrals for all types of neurologic disorders.

Making a Referral

• You can print and fill out the referral form here
• Please include bloodwork results, vaccine history, and relevant portions of the medical record.
• Radiographs sent with the owner will be returned promptly.
• Have owners call directly for the next available appointment.
• If a case needs to be seen urgently, please call and speak with a member of the Neurology Team.
• All animals over 5 months of age seen by the Neurology Service are required to be currently on their rabies vaccination.
